Returns Policy – Please Read Carefully
All items must be brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging with tags still attached. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. A restocking fee of £10 applies to each returned item.
Do I pay for return postage?
Yes. Return shipping must be paid by you and will not be refunded by Spectrum Buyers.

Refund Timeline:
Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect it. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Delivery charges are not refundable.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
Damaged items or wrong order:
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, please email our customer service at spectrumbuyers22@gmail.com with the subject “wrong order” or “damaged item”, and include your name and order number.
